We will start where you are - at any age, body weight, or fitness level. I will help you achieve your goals, improve self-confidence, and find joy in food again.

In our first session, I will get to know you through an assessment of your health concerns, diet history, and lifestyle. We will talk about your goals and figure out what success looks like for you.
Behavior change takes time. I am here to support you in your food journey. We will explore and heal your relationship with food. Together, we will map out how you can eat to promote healing.
