This package is for clients who have completed the initial "Intensive Nutrition Counseling & Intuitive Eating Support Package" and desire ongoing assistance. This package provides five 45-minute nutrition counseling and Intuitive Eating support sessions over a 2-month period.

Need menus, standardized recipes, or nutrient analysis for your food and nutrition program? I have over 25 years of experience developing menus and ensuring that they meet local, state, and federal nutrition program standards. I have chef training and extensive commercial cooking experience. I can promote your food product and teach others to joyfully prepare it and include it in their daily diet.
